Changing status of an account

I made a stupid mistake. New computer. I have XP. I by
accident took myself off as "adminstrator" status and put
on limited. Now I cannot install adobe acrobat reader
without adminstrator status. How do I change back??

Login as Administrator. [For Xp Home, boot into safe mode. For XP Pro, press
CTRL+ALT+DEL twice in Welcome screen to login as administrator]

Click Start | Run | Control Userpasswords and change the user account type
to "Administrator"
