why web site pages miss loading?

thanks but its not that simple. i have to hit 'refresh'
to ften for osme reason. it may be tining out! i use DSL
with XP Pro latest upgrades.

can XP Pro internet and networking be tuned in any ways to
improve rfesponse? i use 3com Home gateway and NIC card.
