import idx and mbx to outlook express 6.0

i have some .mbx and .idx files i wish to import to my
newly installed win98se with outlook express 6.0. I am
using the import wizard but i get a errormessage
saying: "there are no messages in this folder or another
program is using the files etc..."

Does anyone know how to fix this??????

This is a Windows Xp Newsgroup not a Windows 98 newsgroup. Try visiting the
windows 98 newsgroup!
