Hi, I have an HP Photosmart 7350 color printer and I
tried to print a picture using the Win XP Picture and Fax
viewer. I was able to print a few pictures, but there is
one that comes out ALL BLACK.
I understand that this could be a printer (or hp s/w)
related issue, although I also know for a fact that the
printer is working properly since this only happens on
this particular picture.
This picture was a composite of others and is in fact an
8MB jpg of 6400*3400 pixels. So, pretty big.. If I reduce
the resolution of the pic by ~50%, it prints fine. But at
the full resolution.. all black (even if it appears FINE
in the preview pane).
Has anyone else experienced similar problems with high
resolution pictures in Win XP?
