Hi there,
I am having trouble with my lexmark printer. When I opt
to print a document , the printing started icon comes up
in the bottom right of the screen but it stays at 50%. I
cant seem to print anything else after that. When I go
into the printer and cancel the print jobs, the first
document in the queue is listed as deleting but it
doesn't. If I turn on and off my computer this all clears
but I dont really want to be doing this all the time.

Can anyone help me please,

Just after you have started the computer and windows has finished loading
(you see all the desktop icons and there is no "hourglass" showing on the
mouse cursor), open My Computer or Windows Explorer. Navigate to the
spool directory, usually c:\windows\system32\spool\printers, and delete
every file in it.

Let us know. Sometimes there are other issues.
