Message "New programs installed"

By 'New program installed on the star menu' i assume you
mean that AVG is akways highlighted in yellow? If this is
the case then turn the option off.
Click the start button and then right click on the blude
area next to your name at the top of the start menu. The
word properties will appear. Click this to open the
taskbar and start menu properties window. Next click the
start menu tab and then, in the next window, click
customise button. In the customise start menu window
click the Advanced tab. At the top of this window you
will see a section marked Start menu settings. Remove the
check mark from the Highlight Newly Installed Programs
option. Now click OK. In the next window click Apply
followed by OK to exit.
