Printer only prints magenta... HELP!!!

[Grrrrr]

Suddenly, my HP Deskjet 810c only prints magenta and
black. I thought the other colors had run out in the
color cartridge so I bought a new one. Now I'm still
having the same problem and I have exhausted myself
looking for help online and with my computer's help
center. Someone please help!!!

Navigate to Control Panel Printers and Faxes. Highlight the printer. Click
on Properties and look for:
Settings, Settings and Maintenance, Maintenance Tab, Clean Print Cartridge
button; to begin the cleaning.

If this procedure does not solve the problem. the printer might need
servicing.
Let us know.

Well, I've tried the cleaning route four times and I
still only get magenta out of the new and old
cartridges. I guess it's time for the old bat to go to
the printer doctor.
