Printing Banner

What page size do I select to be able to print a 6 ft
banner?

I'm unable to print my 6ft banner. Using page set under
the file tab, I no longer have the option to change my
paper size to banner. There are several options listed
such as letter, letter plus, A6, Quarto, Statement just
to name a few. (Under the tile printing options I have
already set my overlap tiles to zero.)

What printer? It's driver would have to support BANNER printing.
