View Full Version : Fax Console problems

October 8th 03, 06:55 AM
I'm unable to print more than two pages using "Fax
Console". The printed material is out of "My Pictures", I
check off six or more images but only the cover sheet and
one image is faxed. Any suggestions?

You are using what method to send these documents?

Within "my pictures" under picture tasks by
selecting "print this picture" brings up the "photo
printing wizard". I then select what images to print.
Your interest in this matter is appreciated. Thanks in

That would be expected. That method invokes the Windows XP Send Fax Wizard
which does not support faxing multiple attachments. The only way to do what
you want is to create a multipaged single document in a graphics imaging
application that supports the Print to Fax... command, or to Fax from
Outlook.

Thanks for the reply, your advice has been used in
Outlook yet the "send fax wizard" continues to come up
when fax is chosen in "select printer" option. Is there
an update that could enable multiple outgoing and
incoming faxes in XP Fax? In addition what other options
would you recommend.

How are you sending the Fax from Outlook? The Send Fax Wizard should not be
in play here, providing you integrated Outlook with Windows XP Fax:
