I just bought a new computer HP Media Center M270n,
and I reinstalled my existing sbcyahoo dsl. Now the
internet works fine, but whenever I reboot the computer,
a SBC Yahoo! Reboot Helper pos up with message " Please
insert your SBC Yahoo! DSL Installer CD back into the CD
tray.". When I try to close the window, a KBD.EXE window
pops up, the message says:"KBD.EXE has encountered a
problem and needs close ...". Then there is a
sentense: "Please tell Microsoft about this problem". The
KBD.EXE window has Send Error Report button and I sent
many times. I would like to know if Mocrosoft received my
error report, and how it will be handled.

Thanks

Microsoft will not return a response. The error reporting tool helps to
identify common problems but it is not intended to provide you with personal
feedback or a fix. You can turn this "feature" off by right clicking My
Computer then select Properties->Advanced Tab. Click the Error Reporting
button and you can turn it off.

Have you contacted SBC Yahoo and asked them if they have a fix?

Kbd.exe is the Netropa keyboard driver used by multimedia keyboards. For
more insight, do what I just did: run an Internet search for kbd.exe.

So you may need to go to HP and get the keyboard drivers that are =
recommended for PC's using Win XP.
