Word 10 & hpdeskjet 5550

can't get hpdeskjet 5550 to print with word 10 program -
the whole productivity pack seems to have problems
interacting w/XP home edition & printer - software came
w/pavilion....thanks for any helpful solutions

In addition to the advice in the articles above, there apparently is a
WordPerfect fix for this problem: Hot Patch 4
(http://tinyurl.com/peff) but you really should ask at the news group
below concerning which, if any, service packs and Hot Patches you need
to install BEFORE you install Hot Patch 4.
