printing problem!!

Hello,

i am recently experiencing a funny problem with my
computer that runs on WinXP Pro. I have installed a HP
5650 deskjet printer (USB connection) but since then,
everytime i turn on my computer, the ADD NEW HARDWARE
wizard comes up and tells me that there is a printer
waiting to be installed, even though that it is already
installed. also i just found that it is trying to
install it through the Parallel port on my laptop that i
dont even use. if you have any idea or can give me some
help i would certainly appreciate it.
