Window update msgs

Very novice, however, how can I install a lot of "FAILED"
message UPDATES that are listed under "view installation
history." I had no imput for installing these UPDATES.
They were supposed to be installed automatic. I assumed
that when I gave the green lite for installation, they
were installed. There was no warning of failure.
Anyone PLEASE.

Hi Edward,

Go to the Control Panel/Add & Remove. Do you see a list of hotfixes? These
represent successful updates. What you see in the log may simply indicate
failed attempts that later succeeded. Check the bottom of the list for the
most recent attempts.
