CreateShortcutWizard has disappeared!

The Create Shortcut Wizard does not appear when I click
File, New, Shortcut. Instead, a "New Shortcut" appears. I
expected appearance of the Create Shortcut box with its
Browse To key, Next, etc. I think it occurred after
installing some Software to expand the right-click menu.
Uninstalled them, no revert back. Will someone please help?
