ink is full, but prints like it isn't

Print cartridge is full, yet my documents print as though
I were out of ink. Sometimes very pale, or else only the
top half of each line. I've cleaned the nozzles, and I've
uninstalled the printer software. I don't know what to
try next.

Ensure you're not printing in 'draft' mode.
