Ctrl, Alt, Delete and Task Manager Problems

When I push ctrl, alt, delete to pull up the windows task
manager, it only comes up for a brief second and then
disappears??? Any help would be appreciated.

This symptom can be caused by several viruses. Run your anti-virus program
