Missing FILE: port type

I have restored my Windows XP from a back up, and all is well except I have
lost my FILE: printer port type.

I cannot add it back, as it is not listed in the "Port Types".

Any ideas how to get it back? I suspect it is related to the difficulty I
am having installing printers (like the cp1700 USB).

I've never tried it, but I *think* it should work just adding it as a local
port with the name FILE:
