Removing a spyware

Hi,
PestScan.com found a spyware on my pc (Timesink), that I
tried to remove, but it could not be found in Add/Remove
Programs in Control Panel. When I try to delete the exe
Explorer says 'Access denied' despite me being the admin
on this home PC. Can you suggest any way to get rid of
this?
