formating.

i gow win XP and two partitions when the XP installed on
the d: partition(the c: is just containing sftware &
games...).
i want to fully format my hard drive (both partitions) ,
i mean dreleat EVERYTHING...

how do i format and how do i install my windows XP
afterwards?

Do a Clean install of XP. You will be given an option to Delete partitions
so delete both. Then you will be given the option to Create partitions and
finally the option to format.
