Internet Explorer 6

Can someone please tell me where to get a full version of
Internet Explorer 6 for my Win XP upgrade. I have
downloaded from MSN, but it is not the full version. My
Hp came with an OEM disk that has all the drivers on one
disk and loads IE 5.5 automatically, and is catered to
the OEM mfg....I can only get IE to work if I dial up to
PeoplePC's site and I would like to be able to save
it....I would appreciate any help in this matter...
