Printer not printing

Canon BJC-4400 will print demo page but nothing else -
test page, excel files, etc. do not print?

The demo page is the page printed direct from the printer, correct? It
sounds as if there is no connection from the printer to the PC. Check the
cable carefully....

Do a complete uninstall and reinstall of the printer as per:
