DLLHOST.exe

I have just reloaded windows xp and updated all updates
and internet explorer as well. program DLLHOST keeps
running and running. It is using almost 100% of my cpu. I
can end program but everytime I reboot it starts up
again.It has been running constantly for 2 days now and is
sending info over my cable as well...

Please help someone. I am at my wits end.
