Try downloading the Lexmark Cleaner and Patch, the
cleaner will do a complete uninstall, reboot and unzip
your printer driver again, follow the instructions
carefully especially when it comes to removing the USB
cable and replacing same. when it's finished reboot
again,then unzip the patch.
