was in the process of doing some printing when the
printer jammed [violently] i was in an other room when i
heard it bouncing on the table. It now refuses to accept
paper yet it activates its feed rolls? the computer
informed me to go to the 'read me files' but I haven't
got a clue how to access them. [epson stylus c62 printer
&xp home. ps. Im very green with computers1

Look at the printer manual and find out how to ensure that the paper jam is
completely cleared. There is probably a small piece of paper stuck in the
rollers which is preventing new sheets from being fed through the rollers.

If you don't have or have lost your printer manual, you can generally
download a new copy from the printer manufacturer's website which in your
case would be www.epson.com
