Printer failure

After downlaoding xp sp1a I have lost the use of my
printer. It is a HP DeskJet 932C. I have tried everything
that I can think of to get it up and running again but to
no avail.

Should I delet sp1a or any portion of it.

Any help would be appreaciated.

Now wonder Gates is rich. He tells you you need a critial
update and then wants to charge you for help after it
screws up you system.

First try running

sfc /scannow

from the command line to see if that helps.
