i get an error message when trying to install the creative
software that came with the ZEN nx:
Utility for Windows AutoPlay screen has encountered a
problem and needs to close.
AppName: ctrun.exe AppVer:3.2.2.0 ModName: ctrun.exe
ModVer:3.2.2.0 Offset: 0000cab2
if i go directly to the setup.exe, it loads the install
wizard, but the install shield never comes up. nothing.
even copying the cd contents onto my desktop and running
from there provies nothing else.
help? thanks in advance.
