windows xp fax receiving + storing w/o printing

simple question
I want to receive faxes but not print them immediately.
I have cable modem and two phone lines with fax machine
exclusively on one of them
I currently receive faxes on my hp 610 fax/printer

I can send documents fine thru xp fax but I don't want all
incoming faxes to print on the printer but rather go to
file until I'm ready

how do I fix this?

My Epson printer is just flying through all may paper and
new ink. How do I stop it or reset it? Help me please!
