I have an Epson LX-810 which I have used for years to print checks from
Quicken. After upgrading form Windows 98 to Windows XP I can still print
checks but after printing one check the printer consistently advances the
paper another 6 checks or so and then print the second check skipping all
the checks in between. It cannot print one check and then print the next.
If I print just one it is OK but the printer then advances the paper and I
have to eject and reload it every time to print another check. This is not
very efficient.
Can anyone help with why it might be doing this.
