hi everyone!

i have a big problem. for about a week or so i cannot
access the options panel in my internet explorer anymore.
it says that i should talk to the system administrator.
but i am the only one using this pc and i have never set
up a second windows account. so i basically would have to
ask myself. however, i don't know the answer ;-). can you
help me? what can i do about this?

i appreciate your help!
