Insert boot disk

Hi Everyone

Hope some one can help me...My other pc with Win Me won't
start windows..it goes thru the motions, ie: 1st black
screen with all the data, then comes up with boot
failure, inset boot diskette in A and press any key, when
i press any key the same thing comes up.

Boot failure suggests a hard disk failure..
