I have the same problem as Jennifer! I have done as one
of the posts suggested and created a new form in the
server properties area mentioned, but to no avail. I can
create the form as they mention, but it doesn't come up
as a paper size in the printer options. Also, when I went
to create a 3x5 card, there were a whole lot of forms
shown there that don't come up in the printer options for
me either. I have a Hp Lasejet 4P. This is very
frustrating, and any help to finally put this thing to
rest would be greatly appreciated. I am surprized that
more people don't have this problem or maybe they just
don't try to print to custom sized papers!
