My newly installed Outlook Express 6 does not have spell checker highlighted
how can I sort it?

OE has never had a spell checker included. It uses one from Word, Excel,
Works Suite or a third party. You will have to have one of these programs
install to spell check in OE.

I believe that Outlook Express uses the spell check facility of MS Word,
assuming that MS Word is installed..

It also uses the spell check part of Works 5.0 or later, however, if you
are running Windows XP you must have Works 6.0 or later. Works 5 or earlier
will not work through XP to Outlook Express 6.0.

The following application copies spellcheck engine and creates the registry
keys required:

You dont need to manually extract csapi3t1.dll. The above fix does it all
automatically.
