Msmgr run-time error 75

Hi, I'm getting the above error message on startup as
soon as I enter windows via one of the std. user accounts
(i.e. non-administrator) on my system.

I'd be grateful if anyone could give me some pointers as
to the cause of the problem, as the MS knowledgebase
doesn't have anything on this error.

Check your startup settings to find out what is causing this.
