Windows update caused a problem?

Have you tried changing the way that "auto updates"
download? I'm not sure if this is the solution, but when
you download updates you have to restart the computer, so
that might be why your seeing this--not sure?? You might
want to change your updates to "Notify before downloading
any updates and notify again before installing..." This
is done by rt. clicking "my computer", then "properties",
then "automatic updates" tab, then choose the
option "notify before downloading..." Just in case, run
your AV scan to make sure you don't have a virus/worm.
