Lost the start menu

My nephews were playing on the computer last night, and
somehow moved or closed the start menu. Now it doesn't
pop up and I am unable to locate it. I've dragged along
the outside of the screen and still cannot grab anything.
Any suggestions? Help!

Item No. 195 (right column), click on "Restore Desktop Icons and =
Taskbar".

Install the registry fix, then reboot your computer.
