help with outlook express

i have lost my tool bar on outlook express if anyone knows
how to get it back please let me know'

Go to View, select Layout, place a check next to Toolbar, click apply and
ok.

If the menu bar is not visible and you don't see "View," try using System
Restore to take you back to a time prior to when this began. Start\All
Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.
