Hi:
Virtually everytime I load my WinXP Pro Edition machine, I get a message
that IIS did not load properly with one of those "Send/ Don't Send" reports.
Does anyone know...
1) How to rectify this problem
OR
2) At least can tell me a detailed way to get IIS working *after* such a
report without having to reload the machine again and again?
Thanks.

Looks like the IIS service is crashing for some reason. Check the Event
viewer usnder Application and System events for detailed message for why it
could be crashing. It could also be due to a virus - have you scanned your
system for viruses and checked your Anti-virus software for latest updates?
