Folder Designated For Downloads Has Changed

Hi everyone!
Whenever I have received email jokes or things of interest I want to save
for later reading, I created a JOKES folder on my desk top and was always
able to save them there when I clicked SAVE.
Now, suddenly the location has changed from "my desktop/JOKES" to "my
desktop/documents"...I don't know HOW or WHY it happened....I can't remember
HOW to change it back without having to specify each time where to send the
email item I want to save...can anyone help me out?

seems like that is a function of the last saved place. If you always
save to jokes, it should always show jokes.
If you change it to documentsfor a save then it will always show
documents until it is changed again.
