limited accounts in XP HOME

Friend has xp home edition. His daughter as a limited
account and cannot print. The document is sent to the spool
but the printer does print. Changing account to a admin
status enables her to print. As far as I know this is XP
home without any SP's. I cant beleive users on the same
computer can't print unless they have admin accounts. I
even tried sharing the printer to no avail. Any hints most
grateful
