Reset default download path from AOL to personal computer

Good day all,

I am new to downloading items. I was on AOL and trying
to download from AOL to personal computer and it was
defaulted to the following path.

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My
Pictures. Once it's downloaded to this file, I can use
it on my screensaver.

I somehow deleted that path and now I can't add it back.
How can this be done? Please help!
