Difficultly printing?

I cannot print at all. I have Microsoft XP and MSN
server. I have a Lexmark Z25 printer. As I said, I
cannot print anything.

I need help. Please advise me. Thanks.

It's a Lexmark.

Follow Bruce Sanderson's instructions to COMPLETELY uninstall the printer
(having first disconnected it from the PC)

Then download a new set of drivers from www.lexmark.com and install them.
Do NOT connect the printer back to the PC until the software tells you to do
so.
