operation can not be completed

Rick I've had the same problem and have been working for
days to fix it. I have a deskjet that has worked on XP
for 2 years and suddenly the same thing happened. Scroll
forward and you will see the things I've tried. I
thought it was the mblast virus but when I ran the
removal program from symantec it told me I didn't have
that virus. If you find a solution, please let me know
