ALEX, Are you sure this is where it is coming from? Go to
MSCONFIG>startup>remove all>reboot. If prob persists go
to internet settings and change your homepage. Be sure to
APPLY and OK.
If this doesn't cure it download a set of small but very
powerful progs: EasyCleaner, DiskeeperLite, Dustbuster.
All free. And,easy to setup and run.

If you download Easy Cleaner, be sure that you have the version
recommended for XP. The older one has done damage.

Download Ad-Aware and\or Spybot, both freeware. Be sure to update to
get the most recent protection.
