Hi
Recently I have been experiencing a anoying problem on
quite a few XP machine. When trying to print any html
document, either directly printing a web page or an mail
from outlook in HTML format, nothing happens. The screen
that enables you to select a printer which to print, does
not even pop up. Same thing with links on our intranet
that is supposed to open up customized documents. When
clicking on the link, nothing simply happens. I cannot
even print preview a webpage that I wish to print. The
workaround that I currently have in place, is to restart
the pc and sign on as a local administrator, rename the
users account and let the user sign on again. This solves
the problem, but then the profile for the user needs to
be customized again. And give or take 2 months, then the
problem will have reappeared. Has anyone ever heard of
such an issue, or provide a quick fix?
