I am using Intuit ProSeries 2002 Tax software. I
purchased a Dell 1500P LaserJet printer and with the
printer install, the Intuit program crashes (gives me the
send microsoft error box) every time I save or go to
print. This is the only program that has the problem.
Intuit has not been able to provide a fix. I have
downloaded new drivers from Dell, reinstalled the printer
and still have the problem. If I remove my printers the
program saves just fine and everything works, of course I
cannot print without a printer. Help!
