HP Deskjet 830c

Since I upgraded from Windows 98Se to XP Home Edition, my
HP DeskJet 830c has not been printing properly. It will
print several blank pages or a few items on each page. It
does work with Word but not printing from the internet,
Print Shop and other picture printing programs. PLEASE
HELP!!!

Do a COMPLETE uninstall and reinstall of the printer. The problem is caused
by your not disconnecting the printer during the upgrade.
