Urgent! Cannot fax from windows anymore - freezes.

After using XP and faxing document files for over a year
through the fax wizard, today it won't work. I open my
document, click file, print, change to fax in the printer
pop-up and the program freezes instead of opening the
wizard box, causing me to control/alt/delete then it goes
to auto-recovery, send error report, etc. I have rebooted
and restored to earlier dates when I was sending faxes,
to no avail. Please help as I use this for business!!

There are no reports of the fax program simply freezing for no reason after
a year. Only you can provide a clue as to what changed on your system.
Nothing happens for no reason.

and freezing is uncommon with XP generally.
