Error message at boot up

I get the following error message at boot up.

NDSTray.exe has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I don't know what it means or how it affects operations
much less how to fix it.

Any ideas?

Check your startup settings to find out what is causing this.
