Hangs Up!

I am using Microsoft Windows WP Home version.
The trash can will not dump and it locks up. I have
to close it using Ctrl-Alt-Delete. Also I have a
DVD software called PowerDVD Version 4.0 and it also
does the same "Lock up". I can even lockup both of them,
if I "Right Click"!

What's happening and how can I slove the problem?

I can't help you with your PowerDVD problem - locking both is an art!!
