Windows XP Error

I downloaded the new Service Pack for Windows XP
Professional. Now at book up I get this message and can
not login.
STOP C00021a Fatal System Error. The Windows Logon
Process System Process terminated unexpectidely with a
status of 0x00000080 (0x00000000 0x00000000) The system
has shut down.
